Did you try to run with administrator privileges? (See my previous reply in this thread.) If you did, and it made no difference, it might be an option (see below for explanation of "might") to install the 'standalone' version of 5.5, which can be downloaded here:īe sure to uninstall before re-installing with the standalone installer.
